• The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product
• The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices intact

Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products purchased under sale, discount, or promotional offers
• Digital products, subscriptions, or downloadable content (if applicable)
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

• Registered email or mobile number
• Reason for return
• Supporting images or videos (in case of damage or defect)

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after successful inspection

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted and the order will fall under the return policy.
